International Partnerships

BGCI works with its global network to build capacity for and effectively secure plant diversity around the world. Our U.S. Strategy aims to build upon these efforts by:

1. Provide opportunities for partnership and support between BGCI’s U.S. members and botanic gardens in the developing world.

2. Using examples from BGCI and it's global network, provide opportunities for BGCI's U.S. member-gardens to communicate to their visitors the value of and threats to plant diversity worldwide.
